Check-in time: 1400hrs Checkout time: 1000hrs

You may request a late checkout between 12pm and 4pm should you have a late flight on the day of your departure for only $75.00 FJD. Relax, kick back and make the most of your Fiji Time! This is subject to availability of course.

ROOM OCCUPANCIES

All our private accommodation is set up for Double Occupancy or 2 Adults and 2 Children 12 years of age and under. Maximum number of adults is 4 per room. We do charge an extra $60.00 per person for more than 2 adults per room.

Families with up to 3 children under 16 are most welcome to share with their parents. Kids under 12 stay for free and have our tropical breakfast included, again free, with every paying adult in our private rooms.

GUEST RESPONSIBILITY

We promote guests to act and take responsibility to prevent loss or damage to personal equipment and property while staying at the resort, or during participation in any activity. Guests are required to follow any directions that may be given while staying at the resort or participating in activities. Travel insurance is an important part of any holiday, and it is strongly urged that guests carry insurance while traveling.

Uprising is not liable for any such loss due to guest negligence.

FORCE MAJEURE

The resort Shall not be held liable or responsible for failure to execute arrangement specified herein directly occasioned by or through oil and consequence of war, change of status of the Fiji government, strikes, riots, and acts of God or conditions beyond the control of the resort.

The resort reserves the right at any time by giving verbal notice to cancel bookings or refuse guest stays should a guest not fulfill the specified terms and conditions as listed above.

While the chances of this happening during your stay are highly unlikely, for legal reasons we have to say this.
